Selection Process

ContentSpark Media Pvt. Ltd. उम्मीदवारों के चयन के लिए simple online hiring process का उपयोग करती है। इसमें मुख्य रूप से दो चरण शामिल होते हैं।
Round 1 – Writing Sample Test
पहले चरण में उम्मीदवारों को एक short content writing test देना होगा। इस टेस्ट में उम्मीदवार को किसी दिए गए topic पर 300–500 शब्दों का article या blog paragraph लिखना होगा।
इस टेस्ट का उद्देश्य निम्न चीजों को evaluate करना होता है:
Writing clarity
Grammar accuracy
Content structure
Basic SEO knowledge
उम्मीदवारों को यह task Google Docs या company portal पर submit करना होगा।
Round 2 – HR Interview
Writing test clear करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को HR team द्वारा phone call या online meeting के लिए contact किया जाएगा।
