Selection Process

Round 1 – Social Media Task
पहले चरण में उम्मीदवारों को एक simple social media task दिया जाएगा। इसमें निम्न कार्य शामिल हो सकते हैं:
Instagram post caption लिखना
Facebook post content बनाना
Hashtag research करना
Social media post design idea देना
यह task उम्मीदवार की creativity और social media understanding को evaluate करने के लिए होता है।
Round 2 – HR Interview (Online)
Task clear करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को Zoom / Google Meet या phone call के माध्यम से HR interview के लिए बुलाया जाएगा।
इस interview में निम्न विषयों पर चर्चा हो सकती है:
