Role & Responsibilities

InfoServe Solutions is hiring Data Entry + Customer Support Executives for its Noida office in 2026 as part of a mass hiring drive. This role is ideal for candidates who can handle both data entry tasks and customer interactions, providing an all-in-one office support solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently in databases or spreadsheets.
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls and resolve queries politely.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in generating reports, dashboards, and administrative documents.
Follow company guidelines, scripts, and data entry protocols.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
