Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in building high-quality, scalable, and reliable enterprise-level applications used by global clients.

Design & Development:
You will design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications from scratch as well as enhance existing systems. This includes writing clean, efficient, and reusable code following industry best practices.
Backend Development (Java / Spring Boot):
You will be responsible for developing robust backend services using Java and Spring Boot, creating RESTful APIs, handling business logic, and ensuring smooth integration with frontend and third-party systems.
System Architecture & Planning:
Actively participate in system design discussions and architecture planning. You will help define technical solutions, choose appropriate frameworks, and ensure the system is scalable and future-ready.
Code Reviews & Quality Assurance:
Conduct and participate in peer code reviews to maintain code quality, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to coding standards and security guidelines.
Performance & Scalability:
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. You will identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve system performance under high load conditions.
Security Implementation:
Ensure applications follow best security practices including authentication, authorization, and data protection to prevent vulnerabilities.
Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams:
Work closely with international teams including frontend developers, QA engineers, DevOps, and product managers to deliver complete software solutions.
Agile Development Environment:
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely and efficient delivery.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture
Experience with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes (preferred)
Good understanding of data structures and algorithms
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams
