Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and handle customer interactions efficiently through multiple channels including inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and email support
- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries related to billing issues, account access, password/login problems, and general service inquiries
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions within the CRM system
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support
- Follow company protocols, communication scripts, and quality assurance standards to maintain service consistency
- Identify customer needs quickly and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary
- Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
- Stay updated with company products, services, and policy changes to provide correct information to customers
Requirements
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written) with clear communication skills
- Must own a personal laptop or desktop with updated software and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum recommended speed: 20 Mbps)
- Good typing speed (minimum 30–40 WPM preferred) with basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools
- Ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home environment with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving ability and a positive, customer-first attitude
- Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required
- Freshers, graduates, and candidates with prior experience in BPO/customer support are all eligible
