Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle customer interactions efficiently through multiple channels including inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and email support
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries related to billing issues, account access, password/login problems, and general service inquiries
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions within the CRM system
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support
  • Follow company protocols, communication scripts, and quality assurance standards to maintain service consistency
  • Identify customer needs quickly and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary
  • Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
  • Stay updated with company products, services, and policy changes to provide correct information to customers 

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written) with clear communication skills
  • Must own a personal laptop or desktop with updated software and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum recommended speed: 20 Mbps)
  • Good typing speed (minimum 30–40 WPM preferred) with basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong problem-solving ability and a positive, customer-first attitude
  • Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required
  • Freshers, graduates, and candidates with prior experience in BPO/customer support are all eligible
