Role & Responsibilities

Manage and handle customer interactions efficiently through multiple channels including inbound/outbound calls, live chat, and email support
Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries related to billing issues, account access, password/login problems, and general service inquiries
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions within the CRM system
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support
Follow company protocols, communication scripts, and quality assurance standards to maintain service consistency
Identify customer needs quickly and recommend appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior support teams when necessary
Meet daily/weekly performance targets such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction score (CSAT)
Stay updated with company products, services, and policy changes to provide correct information to customers

Requirements

Basic to intermediate proficiency in English (spoken and written) with clear communication skills
Must own a personal laptop or desktop with updated software and a reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum recommended speed: 20 Mbps)
Good typing speed (minimum 30–40 WPM preferred) with basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools
Ability to work independently in a remote/work-from-home environment with minimal supervision
Strong problem-solving ability and a positive, customer-first attitude
Good time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required
