Role & Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and manage large volumes of data into company databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems while maintaining a high level of precision

Review, validate, and cross-check data for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information before final submission to ensure data integrity

Perform regular data quality audits and maintain proper documentation of all records as per company standards

Handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly while strictly following company data protection and privacy policies

Use tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and company-specific data management software efficiently

Organize and maintain digital records in a structured manner for easy retrieval and reporting

Collaborate with team members or supervisors when required to resolve discrepancies or clarify data-related issues

Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets while maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Continuously improve data entry speed and accuracy through practice and training

Requirements

Basic to intermediate proficiency in English (reading and writing) to understand instructions and data formats

Good typing speed (minimum 30–40 words per minute preferred) with high accuracy

Basic computer proficiency including MS Excel, Google Sheets, and internet browsing

Must have access to a personal laptop or desktop with updated software and a stable high-speed internet connection
