Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing

Use different recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates for various job roles.
Resume Screening and Shortlisting
Review and analyze resumes to identify candidates who meet job requirements.
Shortlist profiles based on skills, experience, and job criteria.
Initial HR Interviews
Conduct telephonic or virtual HR screenings to evaluate candidates’ communication skills, background, and job suitability.
Assess candidate interest, availability, and expectations.
Interview Coordination
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients.
Ensure smooth communication and follow-ups throughout the interview process.
Database Management and Reporting
Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment systems or trackers.
Prepare reports on hiring status, shortlisted candidates, and interview progress.
Candidate Relationship Management
Stay in touch with candidates during the hiring process.
Provide updates, feedback, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Target Achievement
Meet daily and weekly hiring targets as per company requirements.
Work in a performance-driven environment with focus on quality hiring.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and clients effectively.
Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and HR processes.
Ability to handle multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
