इस भूमिका में Frontend Developer को निम्नलिखित जिम्मेदारियाँ निभानी होंगी:
1️⃣ Responsive वेब एप्लीकेशन डेवलप करना
उम्मीदवार को React / Angular frameworks का उपयोग करके यूज़र-फ्रेंडली और responsive वेब पेज डिज़ाइन करने होंगे।
मोबाइल, टैबलेट और डेस्कटॉप सभी डिवाइसों पर एप्लीकेशन का smooth और consistent प्रदर्शन सुनिश्चित करना।
Browser compatibility, speed optimization और responsive layouts implement करना।
2️⃣ UI Components और इंटरएक्टिव एलिमेंट्स बनाना
Buttons, Forms, Navigation Menus, Modals जैसे reusable UI components develop करना।
UI में interactive features (animations, transitions, hover effects) implement करना।
Components को modular और maintainable तरीके से codebase में integrate करना।
3️⃣ API Integration और Data Handling
Backend APIs के साथ डेटा fetch और display करना।
JSON/REST APIs से asynchronous data handle करना।
API responses का validation और error handling करना।
4️⃣ Performance Optimization
Web page load time और rendering speed optimize करना।
Code splitting, lazy loading और caching strategies implement करना।
Slow network conditions में भी ऐप को efficiently run करना।
5️⃣ Code Quality और Documentation
Clean, maintainable और reusable code लिखना।
Git / Version control का उपयोग करके टीम के साथ code collaborate करना।
Component और module के लिए proper documentation maintain करना।
6️⃣ Team Collaboration और Agile Process
Designers, Backend Developers और QA टीम के साथ मिलकर projects complete करना।
Daily standups और sprint planning में हिस्सा लेना।
Feedback के आधार पर UI/UX में सुधार करना।
7️⃣ Innovation और Feature Enhancement
नए UI/UX trends और technologies पर research करना।
Existing products में नई functionalities और interactive features add करना।
Company के digital products की user engagement बढ़ाने में मदद करना।

Requirements

उम्मीदवार को 2 – 4 वर्ष का frontend development अनुभव होना चाहिए।
इस अनुभव के दौरान React / Angular / Vue.js जैसे frameworks का उपयोग करना अनिवार्य है।
उम्मीदवार ने real-world web applications, responsive UI, और interactive components develop किए हों।
REST APIs या GraphQL के साथ data integration का अनुभव होना चाहिए।
Code quality, debugging और performance optimization में अनुभव वांछनीय है।
टीम प्रोजेक्ट्स में काम करने का अनुभव, version control (Git) में proficiency होना चाहिए।
न्यूनतम योग्यता: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / BCA या समकक्ष।
कंप्यूटर साइंस, आईटी या संबंधित फील्ड में specialization होना वांछनीय है।
Strong foundation in programming concepts, data structures, algorithms और web technologies होना चाहिए।
किसी भी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय / कॉलेज से ग्रेजुएशन।
