Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer calls – Attend customer queries professionally and provide timely solutions.
Resolve queries via multiple channels – Communicate through phone, email, or chat efficiently.
Update and maintain CRM records – Log interactions, follow-ups, and issue resolutions accurately.
Follow company guidelines and scripts – Adhere to organizational protocols while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Achieve performance targets – Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for call handling, query resolution, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

Good communication skills in English & Hindi – Clear speaking and listening skills are essential.
Strong listening and problem-solving ability – Quickly understand customer issues and provide solutions.

Basic computer knowledge – Comfortable using MS Office, CRM tools, and email.
