AdsRole Private Limited is seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our technology team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing server-side applications that power our core products. This role requires strong coding skills, a deep understanding of backend technologies, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
🛠 Responsibilities – Detailed
1️⃣ Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications
Design and implement server-side logic using Node.js or Python.
Ensure applications are robust, secure, and high-performance.
Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
2️⃣ Build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend services
Develop APIs to handle CRUD operations and complex business logic.

3️⃣ Collaborate with frontend developers
Work closely with frontend engineers to sync data flow and backend services.

Implement caching strategies, load balancing, and error handling for optimal performance.
5️⃣ Follow secure coding practices

Requirements

Backend Languages: Strong experience with Node.js or Python.
Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB).
