ये Terms & Conditions SMQuizWorld की सभी सेवाओं पर लागू होते हैं — Quiz Zone, Mock Tests, Academy Courses, Jobs Portal, SocialHub, SM Store, VahanBazzar, और Wallet & Coins।
1. Eligibility & Account
- सामान्य सेवाएँ 13+ उपयोगकर्ताओं के लिए, payments/jobs/vahanbazzar 18+ के लिए।
- Valid email/phone के साथ register करें; account credentials सुरक्षित रखें।
- एक व्यक्ति के लिए एक ही account — impersonation/duplicate accounts निषिद्ध।
2. Acceptable Use & Conduct
- Quizzes में cheating, bots या unfair means strictly prohibited हैं।
- SocialHub पर illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual या spam content पोस्ट न करें।
- Site scraping, reverse engineering या unauthorized access वर्जित है।
- IP rights का सम्मान करें — third-party content का unauthorized reuse नहीं।
3. Purchases, Wallet & Coins
- Payments secure gateways के माध्यम से होते हैं; receipts/invoices उपलब्ध।
- Wallet coins virtual हैं, cash-equivalent नहीं; transferable/refundable नहीं।
- Refunds के लिए Refund Policy देखें।
4. Quizzes, Mock Tests & Academy
- Study/quiz content शैक्षिक उद्देश्य हेतु है; exam success guarantee नहीं।
- Attempts, scores, lifelines usage platform rules के अनुसार।
- Courses/notes का unauthorized sharing/distribution निषिद्ध।
5. Jobs Portal
- हम employer नहीं हैं; jobs listings third-parties/recruiters द्वारा हो सकती हैं।
- Selection/offer पर हमारा नियंत्रण नहीं; कोई employment guarantee नहीं।
- Apply करते समय दिए गए data recruiters के साथ साझा हो सकते हैं।
6. SocialHub
- User-generated content के लिए आप जिम्मेदार हैं; moderation/हटाने का अधिकार हमारे पास है।
- आप हमें content को host/display करने का non-exclusive license देते हैं।
- Community guidelines का उल्लंघन होने पर account suspension/ban हो सकता है।
7. SM Store & Vendors
- SM Store एक marketplace है; कुछ products vendors द्वारा sell होते हैं।
- Shipping/returns vendor policy के अनुसार; disputes में हम help करते हैं पर vendor जिम्मेदार हो सकता है।
8. VahanBazzar
- Listings/leads informational हैं; vehicle condition/ownership verification की जिम्मेदारी seller/buyer की है।
- Lead/Listing fees non-refundable हो सकते हैं; details page पर देखें।
9. Liability & Indemnity
हम best-effort services provide करते हैं; indirect/incidental/consequential losses के लिए कोई liability नहीं। आप platform misuse से उत्पन्न claims के विरुद्ध हमें indemnify करते हैं।
10. Termination
Guidelines/कानून का उल्लंघन, fraud/abuse या security risk पर हम accounts/services suspend या terminate कर सकते हैं।
11. Changes, Governing Law & Jurisdiction
