TechWave Solutions is seeking a Software Developer to join their Bangalore office in 2026. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing scalable, high-performance web applications and contributing actively to the company’s product roadmap. This role involves both backend and frontend development, debugging complex issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Design. The position offers a full-time, onsite opportunity in a dynamic IT environment with exposure to modern software development practices.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing, developing, and deploying web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and REST APIs.
Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following coding standards and best practices.
Collaborating with product managers and designers to implement new features.
Performing code reviews, unit testing, and debugging issues to ensure high-quality software.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and workflows.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

Proficiency in Java, with hands-on experience in Spring Boot frameworks.
Experience working with REST APIs and integrating backend services.
Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for effective data management.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
Basic understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git) is preferred.
Prior experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
