As a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain advanced BI solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visually appealing reports using Power BI tailored to business needs
• Perform end-to-end ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Power Query to clean, transform, and prepare large datasets
• Create advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, and KPIs to deliver accurate and dynamic reporting solutions
• Develop and manage efficient data models using best practices such as Star Schema and Snowflake Schema
• Integrate and manage multiple data sources including SQL databases, Excel files, cloud platforms, and REST APIs
• Build real-time and scheduled reporting systems for tracking key business metrics and performance indicators
• Optimize report performance by improving query efficiency, reducing load times, and ensuring scalability
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve existing BI systems 

To be successful in this role, candidates must have a strong technical background along with analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven experience (2–5 years) working with Power BI in a professional environment
• Strong expertise in Power BI tools including Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, DAX, and Power Query
• Solid understanding of SQL, relational databases, and data querying techniques
• Hands-on experience with data modeling concepts such as Star Schema, relationships, and normalization
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Pivot, formulas, data analysis)
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud data services, or similar platforms is preferred
• Ability to handle large datasets and optimize performance for enterprise-level reporting
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment
