As a Power BI Developer at Alfazance Consulting, you will play a key role in transforming complex organizational data into actionable business insights. You will design, develop, and maintain modern Power BI solutions that support data-driven decision-making across departments. This includes building interactive dashboards, developing data models, and automating data workflows.

You will work closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to understand requirements, translate them into BI deliverables, optimize data performance, and ensure data accuracy and scalability in reporting solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement efficient data models and transformation logic using Power BI and Power Query
• Develop, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reporting solutions tailored to business needs
• Execute Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and usability
• Integrate data from multiple sources including SQL databases, Excel, ERP systems, and cloud platforms
• Write advanced DAX measures, calculated columns, and custom KPIs for analytical reporting
• Monitor and improve report performance (query optimization, data indexing, caching strategies)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to gather requirements and deliver BI solutions
• Document BI solution designs, data dictionaries, and report usage guides
• Troubleshoot and resolve data quality and BI report issues promptly
• Stay current with BI trends, best practices, and new technologies
