As an Operations BI Analyst at EIDU, you will be a core contributor to the Research, Learning & AI team focused on supporting the Operations department through high‑impact data insights and analytics solutions. Your mission will be to analyze operational metrics, detect inefficiencies, and support strategic decision‑making using BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or others. You will collect, transform, and visualize data while ensuring high standards of accuracy, clarity, and responsiveness to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex operations data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and maintain intuitive dashboards and reporting solutions using BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase, Looker).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
• Automate recurring reporting workflows to reduce manual work and improve efficiency.
• Support strategic planning through high‑quality analytical outputs and data visualizations.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analyses to address operational challenges and support leadership decisions. 

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or similar.
✔ 5+ years of experience in BI, operations analytics, or data analysis.
✔ Proficiency in SQL and BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Metabase, or similar tools.
✔ Strong analytical mindset with ability to diagnose issues and propose data‑driven solutions.
✔ Excellent communication skills — able to present complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
✔ Deep understanding of business processes and workflows.
✔ Experience working in fast‑paced environments and adapting to evolving priorities.
