Role & Responsibilities

Cisco Systems is hiring Entry-Level IT Support Engineers for its U.S. offices as part of its 2026 fresher recruitment program. Fresh graduates will provide technical support, troubleshoot networking and software issues, and assist internal and external clients. This role provides hands-on exposure to Cisco networking products, software solutions, and enterprise IT systems.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for networking, hardware, and software issues.
  • Troubleshoot client or internal system problems, escalating complex issues as required.
  • Assist in deploying and configuring Cisco networking devices and software tools.
