Role & Responsibilities

QuantumSoft Labs is seeking a Full Stack Developer to join their Bangalore office in 2026. The candidate will be responsible for developing end-to-end web applications, including both frontend and backend components, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain frontend applications using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Build backend services using Node.js, Express, or Java/Spring Boot.
Design and manage databases (SQL / NoSQL) for scalable applications.
Integrate APIs and third-party services into web applications.
Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize full stack applications for performance and security.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to development best practices.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences.

Requirements

Proficiency in frontend frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Proficiency in backend development: Node.js, Express, Java/Spring Boot.
Experience with databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
Knowledge of REST APIs, authentication, and authorization protocols.
Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Understanding of cloud deployment, Docker, or Kubernetes is a plus.
