Key Responsibilities:
Handle Customer Interactions (Inbound & Outbound)
Manage both incoming (inbound) and outgoing (outbound) calls professionally.
Assist customers with queries related to products, services, billing, or general information.
Resolve Customer Queries and Complaints
Understand customer issues and provide quick, accurate, and effective solutions.
Escalate complex problems to senior teams when required.
Provide Accurate Information

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic understanding of English.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
