Role & Responsibilities

VoiceConnect BPO is conducting a mass hiring drive in 2026 for the position of Customer Support Executive at its Noida office. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to start or grow their career in the BPO / customer service industry, including freshers. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer interactions through calls, chat, and email support, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle Customer Interactions (Inbound & Outbound)
Manage both incoming (inbound) and outgoing (outbound) calls professionally.
Assist customers with queries related to products, services, billing, or general information.
Resolve Customer Queries and Complaints
Understand customer issues and provide quick, accurate, and effective solutions.
Escalate complex problems to senior teams when required.
Provide Accurate Information
Clearly explain product features, services, policies, and procedures.
Ensure customers receive correct and up-to-date information at all times.
Maintain Customer Satisfaction
Deliver a positive customer experience through polite and professional communication.
Follow company standards to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Data Entry and System Updates
Record customer interactions, queries, and resolutions in the system.
Maintain proper documentation for future reference and quality checks.
Follow Company Guidelines and Scripts
Adhere to company-provided communication scripts and policies.
Maintain consistency in service delivery across all customer interactions.

Requirements

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic understanding of English.
Basic computer knowledge (typing, MS Office, or CRM tools).
Ability to handle customers politely, patiently, and professionally.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
Strong listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
Both freshers and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.
