Selection Process

इस Work From Home / Remote Data Entry Operator Job के लिए selection process पूरी तरह online और simple रखा गया है ताकि पूरे भारत के candidates आसानी से participate कर सकें। Selection process सामान्यतः नीचे दिए गए तीन stages में complete होता है।
1. Online Basic Computer Test
पहले round में candidates की basic computer knowledge और data entry skills check की जाती हैं। इस test में typing speed, MS Excel knowledge, basic computer operations और data entry accuracy evaluate की जाती है।
Candidates को simple data entry task, spreadsheet editing या short typing test दिया जा सकता है। इस round का उद्देश्य यह check करना होता है कि candidate computer पर basic work efficiently कर सकता है या नहीं।
2. HR Interview (Online)

3. Final Selection
