Maple Logistics Solutions Ltd. is hiring over 200 Warehouse & Logistics Staff across Toronto and Mississauga, Ontario, to support the growing e-commerce, retail, and supply chain sectors in Canada.

As a Warehouse & Logistics Staff member, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations, efficient handling of inventory, and timely delivery of goods to customers. The position is onsite and involves working in fast-paced distribution centers, fulfillment centers, and warehouses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving Inventory: Unload shipments, inspect goods for quality, and record inventory accurately.

• Sorting & Storing: Organize inventory efficiently in warehouses to optimize space and accessibility.

• Packing & Labeling: Prepare shipments for delivery by packing items, labeling boxes correctly, and ensuring error-free orders.

• Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, conveyor belts, and other warehouse equipment safely.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a safe workplace by following occupational health & safety standards, reporting hazards, and ensuring proper PPE usage.

• Inventory Management: Track stock levels, update records in warehouse management systems, and report discrepancies.

Candidates applying for this role must meet the following criteria:

1. Experience:

   • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain roles.

   • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or distribution center operations is a plus.

2. Certifications & Skills:

   • Forklift certification preferred; training provided for eligible candidates.

   • Ability to operate pallet jacks, conveyors, and other warehouse machinery.

3. Physical Requirements:

   • Must be physically fit and able to lift 25–50 kg packages repeatedly.
