Role & Responsibilities
Promote and sell company products in assigned areas and markets.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity.

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports and update CRM systems.

Participate in sales campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle client queries and provide after-sales support.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

Ensure proper product display and branding in retail outlets.

Travel within assigned territory for sales visits and client meetings.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, or marketing

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting

Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets

Willingness to travel locally
