• Remote Software Developers are expected to:

  1. Develop, Test, and Maintain Applications

     • Design, implement, and maintain full-stack web applications for enterprise clients

     • Build mobile applications compatible with iOS and Android platforms

     • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized

  2. Collaborate with Global Teams

     • Work with cross-functional teams via video conferencing tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack)

     • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

     • Communicate effectively with product managers, QA engineers, and fellow developers

  3. Troubleshoot and Optimize Software

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Experience: 2–5 years in software development, preferably in full-stack projects

• Programming Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or TypeScript

• Frameworks & Libraries: Experience with React, Angular, Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot

• Cloud & Database Skills: Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
