Mayo Clinic Health System is currently seeking experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) to join its Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team in Rochester, Minnesota. Key Responsibilities

Monitor and assess patient health conditions in ICU.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.

Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation.

Assist doctors during medical procedures and emergency treatments.

Educate patients and families about health conditions and recovery plans.

Maintain infection control and hospital safety protocols.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Requirements
Valid Registered Nurse License (RN).

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN Preferred).

Minimum 2 Years ICU or Critical Care Experience.

Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

BLS / ACLS Certification preferred.
