Role & Responsibilities

  • PeopleFirst HR Solutions is hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations in its Pune office.
  • The HR Manager will oversee recruitment processes, HR policies, employee relations, and performance management programs. This role is ideal for professionals who are strategic, hands-on, and capable of managing end-to-end HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage employee engagement initiatives and performance appraisal programs.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain HR records, reporting, and analytics dashboards.
  • Advise management on HR strategies and workforce planning.

Requirements

5–10 years experience in HR, with at least 3 years in people management.

Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.

Experience with HR software (HRIS/HRMS) and recruitment tools.
