Role & Responsibilities
- NexGen Solutions is looking for an HR Executive to join our HR team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations. You will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee satisfaction initiatives, contributing to a positive and productive work culture.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support performance management, training programs, and employee engagement activities
- Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance with labor laws
- Collaborate with management to improve employee retention and satisfaction
Requirements
