Role & Responsibilities

  • BrightWave Technologies is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our SEO, SEM, and content strategy initiatives in Delhi. The role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on digital marketing expertise who can drive brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and content marketing
  • Lead content strategy, including blog posts, landing pages, and social media content
  • Optimize campaigns for ROI, engagement, and conversion metrics
  • Analyze data and KPIs to make strategic marketing decisions
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams for integrated campaigns
  • Mentor marketing associates and coordinate with external agencies

Requirements

4–8 years of experience in digital marketing or online campaign management

Proficient in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, HubSpot, and content marketing tools

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics

Experience managing social media, paid ads, and marketing automation
