• Plan, design, and oversee construction and infrastructure projects including roads, commercial buildings, residential structures, and bridges.

• Develop detailed project plans, blueprints, and engineering designs in line with client requirements and regulatory standards.

• Supervise day-to-day construction activities on-site to ensure smooth execution of work.

• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including project reports, cost estimates, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and progress updates.

• Ensure all construction activities comply with safety regulations, environmental guidelines, and local government laws.

• Manage procurement and efficient utilization of construction materials, machinery, and labor.

• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure standards and specifications are met.

• Support project handover processes and ensure proper documentation and client satisfaction.

• Ensure projects are completed within budget, timeline, and quality standards.

• Lead and manage site workers, supervisors, and subcontractors effectively.

• Review engineering drawings and provide technical guidance when required.

• Maintain proper communication between all stakeholders involved in the project.

• Ensure strict adherence to health & safety policies at the construction site.

• Track daily progress and submit regular reports to senior management.

• Resolve on-site technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.

• Monitor inventory and ensure proper use of construction materials to minimize wastage.

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• 2–5 years of experience in construction or infrastructure projects.

• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, STAAD, or similar engineering software.

• Understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety standards.

• Ability to handle site management and team coordination.

• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
