As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer at Microsoft, you will design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions for enterprise products and services. You will collaborate with international teams to implement intelligent solutions that enhance decision-making, automation, and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Data Preparation: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets for model training and validation.
• Algorithm Research & Innovation: Explore, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art AI algorithms for recommendation systems, predictive analytics, NLP, or computer vision.
• Deployment & Scaling: Deploy models in production using cloud platforms such as Azure ML, AWS Sagemaker, or GCP AI Platform, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Performance Monitoring: Track model performance, conduct A/B testing, and retrain models as needed to maintain high accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into applications.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear documentation for datasets, algorithms, experiments, and deployed models.
• Agile Environment: Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure timely project delivery.
