Role & Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations including journal entries, ledger posting, and reconciliations.

Prepare accurate financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.

Handle accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.

Monitor company expenses, budgets, and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial laws in Kenya.

Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits when required.

Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records.

Use accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, SAP) for financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial records.

Manage monthly and yearly financial closing processes.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to management.

Maintain compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Coordinate with banks, auditors, and internal departments.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
Requirements
2–5 years of accounting or finance experience
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and taxation
Experience with accounting software (Tally, SAP, QuickBooks)
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication skills
